C. Location Information (Important)

The Phemmy Driver App collects precise location data:

When the app is in use
When the app is running in the background
When a trip is active
When Driver Mode is turned ON and available for ride requests

Background location is required to:

Match drivers with nearby passengers
Enable real-time ride tracking
Provide accurate estimated arrival times (ETAs)
Ensure passenger and driver safety

Prevent fraud and misuse of the platform

Drivers may disable location permissions through device settings; however, doing so may prevent the Driver App from functioning properly.
